Single occupant: $120.00/night
Twin Share: $150.00/night

*Inclusive of the tariff is a full continental breakfast Monday to Friday with the option of a cooked breakfast on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
*Minimum two nights during Melbourne’s peak festival periods.
*Discounted weekly rates available.

Payment:
Cash to the house on arrival for the full length of stay, receipts will be given - or bank deposits can be arranged.

Check in/out:
Check in is from 2 pm (but ask if you have an early arrival and we will do our very best to accommodate you).
Check out by 10.00 am (you can leave your luggage here if you have a late departure).

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 3 days prior to date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy:
Children cannot be accommodated at the penthouse.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Parking:
Parking available in the court.

Smoking Policy:
The home is non smoking - however guests can smoke on the balconies.
