Public Transport:

The train service is literally 3 minutes walk to Heyington railway station and a quick 15 minute journey to the city or you can walk the 1km to Toorak Road to take a ride on the number 8 tram to Prahran, South Yarra, the Botanical Gardens, Arts Centre precinct or busy South Bank and the city.

A daily ticket on Melbourne public transport is $6.80 and two hours is $3.79 for zone 1 and can be used on tram, train or bus from first to last service of the day taxi service to and from city is approximately $25.00 and from the airport $60.00 for further details on Melbourne transport just ask the hosts and they will be happy to give you further travel information.

Accommodation: As the Penthouse caters to a maximum of only four guests at any one time you will always be assured of personal service, attention to detail and a feeling of space.

The Mirror Room offers a double bed with quality linen with cotton blanket and doona, ample storage and a separate bathroom. This room is situated in the east wing of the penthouse, close to the kitchen and the French dining room. Additional features include internet wireless access, duel television/dvd/cd player and VCR, electric blanket, ceiling fan and easy access to the East facing garden balcony. The adjacent private bathroom has thick fluffy towels, heated towel rail, white cotton bath robes, shower,hand basin and toilet and private views over looking pines trees in the rear garden.

City View Room offers a queen bed with quality linen and ample storage with access to a shared large bath room and spa with your hosts and separate toilet. This room is situated in the west wing of the penthouse. Additional features include internet wireless access, duel television/dvd/cd player, electric blanket, ceiling fan, vibrant views of the city lights at night time and your own private garden balcony.

If no other guests are in the Mirror room you can have the choice of the separate bathroom in the east wing.

Meals and beverages:
You are encouraged to make your self at home with a selection of teas and coffee as well as home baked biscuits from Warren’s kitchen during your stay. Brew a fresh pot of tea or select from the variety of herbal teas or make your self a Latte or short black from the coffee machine.

Breakfast.
A continental breakfast is served daily in either the French dining room or the front garden terrace depending on the weather and a full cooked breakfast* if requested on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. (*check with the host for further details on availability)
Breakfast includes stewed seasonal fruits, yoghurt, fruit juice, cereal, toast or muffins, home cooked preserves cooked in Warren's kitchen, fresh fruit all served with tea or coffee.

Dinner*
Either with your hosts or a private dinner can be arranged and served in the French dining room or Front Garden balcony for you on request with notice.
